These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ShopLauncher website, platform, and related services ("Services") provided by ShopLauncher ("we," "our," or "us"). ShopLauncher enables users to launch and manage Shopify stores quickly by generating store designs, content, and images. Our platform may connect to your Shopify account and other integrated tools to provide these features securely.
To use ShopLauncher, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
If we believe your account is being misused, compromised, or used in violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access.
When you connect your Shopify store, you authorize ShopLauncher to access specific store data necessary to provide automated setup, customization, and optimization services. We only access the data required for these operations and never modify or share your store information beyond what is necessary to perform the requested functions.
By using ShopLauncher, you agree to comply with all Shopify terms and policies in addition to these Terms.
ShopLauncher offers paid subscription plans. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize ShopLauncher and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees.
All fees are displayed at checkout and are billed in the currency indicated. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
We do not issue refunds except as required by law or explicitly stated in a special offer.
You agree to use ShopLauncher only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

All content, software, features, and materials provided through ShopLauncher are owned by or licensed to ShopLauncher and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the content and materials you create or upload through our platform. By using the Services, you grant ShopLauncher a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to process and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
Some features of ShopLauncher use AI technology to generate text, images, and designs. These outputs are generated based on input provided by you. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that all generated materials comply with applicable laws and Shopify policies.
We aim to keep ShopLauncher available at all times but may occasionally perform maintenance, updates, or make changes to improve performance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.
You may stop using ShopLauncher at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful activity, or for other reasons at our discretion.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately, but provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution will survive termination.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ShopLauncher does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, or specific results from using the Services.
We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopLauncher and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to ShopLauncher in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ShopLauncher, its affiliates, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ShopLauncher operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of ShopLauncher after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
